How do returns work?
Message us through the Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with the return instructions; please don't send anything back before contacting us. See our Refund Policy.
What is the 30-Day Flight Guarantee?
Fly it for thirty days. If you're unhappy with it for any reason, message us within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through a return and a full refund.
